Which areas do you cover?
We look after properties in Torrevieja, La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Orihuela Costa, La Zenia, Punta Prima, Cabo Roig, Villamartín and the surrounding areas. If your home is nearby but not on this list, just send us a message and we'll tell you whether we can help.
How often can you visit my property?
That depends on how long you're away and what your home needs. We agree a visit schedule with you before we start, and extra visits can be arranged when something comes up.
What happens during a property check?
We check the areas we've agreed with you — for example windows and doors, a visual check of things like the air conditioning, and a general look around the property. Afterwards you get a short message with photos.
How will I hear from you?
Directly on WhatsApp. After each agreed visit you receive photos and a short update, so you can see what was checked and whether anything needs your attention.
What happens with my keys?
Your keys are kept securely and are only used for the visits and access you have agreed with us.
Do you carry out repairs?
We're not a repair company. If we notice something during a visit, we let you know straight away with photos, and we can help coordinate practical next steps with you.
How much does it cost?
Our standard property care plan is €69 per month for two scheduled checks. Standard cleaning starts at €99, and additional visits start at €29. These prices include 21% IVA. We confirm the exact scope and price before starting, especially for larger properties or addresses outside our usual routes.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Alex. We're a small family business, not a large agency, and Alex personally carries out the visits and is your direct contact.
